Explanation: 1. The series in the table represents the recommended standards. Due to the varying working conditions in actual production applications, the gas intake and pressure will undergo many changes. Therefore, during the selection process, calculations or reference to the usage of existing equipment should be conducted based on the actual vacuum extraction process, gas release process, condensation of non-volatile gases, time variations of the intake pressure, etc.
2. The technical indicators of the single pump are detailed in the respective pump parameter tables.
3. The maximum intake pressure refers to the highest pressure that the main pump can start at. If it operates for a long time at a pressure higher than this, it will cause the main pump to overload.
4. If the vacuum pump motor, electrical contact vacuum gauge/pressure transmitter, and electrical control cabinet need to be explosion-proof, please specify during the order. The 2BV5 water ring vacuum pump in the table should be correspondingly changed to the 2BV6 series.
