It is then discharged to the vapor-liquid separator through the exhaust pipeline. In the separator, the vapor and liquid are separated. After being compressed to the exhaust pressure, the gas is discharged through the exhaust port of the separator to the spiral-wound heat exchanger. The volatile and condensable gas that is easy to evaporate is condensed by the spiral-wound heat exchanger and then enters the recovery tank. The non-condensable gas is discharged through the N2 exhaust port from the system. The liquid flows from the separator to the heat exchanger through the liquid supply pipeline and is cooled before returning to the vacuum pump.
