Relationship Between the Condensing System of a Cement Plant Waste Heat Power Generation Turbine and Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump
In a cement plant waste heat power generation system, the turbine condensing system and vacuum pumps are key items of equipment that work together. The turbine converts the thermal energy of steam into mechanical energy to drive the generator,
while the condensing system condenses the turbine’s low-pressure exhaust steam into water. At the same time, vacuum pumps maintain a low-pressure environment inside the condenser, improving turbine efficiency.
Put simply: a vacuum pump is the “gas-extraction device” of the turbine condensing system, responsible for establishing and maintaining a vacuum; the condenser creates the low-pressure environment and recovers steam.

Liquid Ring Vacuum Pumps for Hydrogen Production
For degassing, evacuation, gas-treatment and auxiliary vacuum duties in hydrogen plants, liquid ring vacuum pumps provide liquid sealing, smooth operation and practical tolerance for complex gas conditions—helping operators build a more continuous, maintainable vacuum system.
