Principle description: The gas is sucked in by the vacuum pump from the N1 intake port, compressed and carrying some working fluid. It is then discharged through the exhaust pipeline to the vapor-liquid separator. In the separator, the vapor and liquid are separated. The gas is then discharged through the exhaust port of the separator to the spiral-wound heat exchanger. The volatile and condensable gas that is easy to evaporate is condensed after passing through the spiral-wound heat exchanger and enters the recovery tank. The gas is then discharged through the N2 exhaust port from the system. The liquid flows from the separator to the heat exchanger through the liquid supply pipeline and is cooled again before returning to the vacuum pump.
