The 2BW water ring vacuum pump closed-loop unit is a vacuum pump unit composed of auxiliary components such as an air-liquid separator, heat exchanger, valves, instruments, and pipelines, which are added to the water ring vacuum pump. The main functions of this unit are:

1. Make the working liquid of the water ring vacuum pump circulate continuously in the air-liquid separator and the pump chamber, reducing wastewater discharge;

2. The gas can be condensed and recovered through the exhaust port or directly enter the tail gas treatment unit;

3. The solvent being pumped can be used as the working liquid for circulation, which is beneficial for environmental protection and achieving the goal of environmental protection and emission reduction;

4. It is particularly suitable for processes where the medium being pumped contains organic solvents, toxic substances, etc.

The FY air-cooled self-circulating water-ring vacuum pump unit is a vacuum pump unit composed of the water-ring vacuum pump and additional components such as an in-line steam-water separator, air-cooled water tank, valves, instruments, and pipelines. This unit is suitable for processes where the gas being pumped does not contain any contaminants. The technical parameters of the product are based on the corresponding technical indicators of 2BV and 2BE water-ring vacuum pumps. The air-cooled self-circulating water-ring vacuum pump unit is a non-standard equipment and its design and selection are based on the requirements of the application site.

The Roots water-ring vacuum unit is a vacuum unit composed of a Roots pump as the main pump and 2BV or 2BE water ring pumps as the pre-stage pumps. The function of the water ring pump in the unit is to obtain the necessary pre-vacuum for the Roots  pump. The role of the Roots pump is to be used as a booster pump. For each additional stage of Roots pumps connected, the ultimate vacuum degree of the vacuum unit can increase by one order of magnitude.

The Screw vacuum pump unit consists of a Rotating vane pump as the main pump and an LGB oil-free vane pump as the pre-stage pump. The function of the vane pump in the unit is to obtain the necessary pre-vacuum for the Rotating vane pump. The Rotating vane pump is used as a booster pump. For each additional stage of the Rotating vane pump in series, the ultimate vacuum capacity of the vacuum unit can increase by one order of magnitude.

The dry screw vacuum pump is mainly composed of a screw rotor, a casing, gears, cooling circulation and sealing components. The drive shaft connects the driving rotor and drives the rotor to rotate in the opposite direction through high-precision synchronous gears. Through the three processes of gas intake, compression and exhaust, the purpose of vacuum extraction is achieved. Our company independently developed, designed and produced the screw vacuum pump (patent number: ZL 2016 2 0170088.6/ZL 2018 2 1791288.9/ZL 2021 2 0388238.1/ZL 2022 2 01778327.8), with its unique profile design directly determining the excellent technical performance indicators such as the pump's ultimate vacuum, pumping rate, volumetric efficiency, vibration and noise. Due to this, it shows extremely high stability in various environmental processes.

The roots vacuum pump operates by having two 8-shaped rotors rotate synchronously within the pump chamber, causing changes in volume and thereby achieving suction and exhaust. The roots pump is typically used as a booster pump for other vacuum pumps such as water ring vacuum pumps and screw vacuum pumps. Each additional roots pump stage can increase the vacuum level by one order of magnitude, but it cannot be used directly. The ZJP roots vacuum pump produced by our company is a derivative product of the ZJ type roots vacuum pump. It features a built-in bypass valve between the intake and exhaust ports. Its function is to significantly reduce the operating load of the roots pump and the preceding stage vacuum pump under high pressure differences, thereby reducing the possibility of motor overload during the operation of the roots vacuum pump and protecting the motor.

When used alone, the working vacuum degree can reach 150 mbar directly to the atmosphere;

The special structural design ensures that the pump will not overheat or overload when operating under high pressure difference and high compression ratio;

The entire series is equipped with QT500 high-strength ductile iron rotors, with a tensile strength of 500 MPa and an elongation rate of 15%;
